When Black Phantom said that he would create his own heroes, he wasn't kidding. Before he was arrested, he sent a shockwave from his staff into the soil of Hero Factory's cemetery, where several heroes who died in battle were buried. The shockwave supercharged the corpses of the heroes and reanimated them into mindless robots. They only had one primal function: to capture. As a result of their awakening, several innocent civilians and heroes were dragged into the confines of Hero Factory's prison. However, Rocka managed to bring them back to the grave by fighting Black Phantom for his staff, and reversing the effects of it by using it.
