Grugg is an average villain. Nothing too crafty or mysterious about him, he's just a run-of-the-mill bad guy.

As a villain in the golden age of Hero Factory, Grugg was known for robbery and small-time crimes. TBA

Grugg isn't too smart, but he knows enough to the point where he can run away from a situation before it turns ugly.
Weapons[]
Grugg uses an energy-lash, a deadly outlawed weapon that saps energy from whoever its been used on, and uses it as its own (the amount of energy it can hold/build up is unknown).
